What to tell us
You will get a much more useful answer from us if your first message covers a few things. Copy the list below into a text if it helps:
- Which puppy you are interested in, or which class and color if you are still deciding
- Where you are: the state is enough for us to quote delivery
- Your household: children, other dogs, house or apartment, yard or no yard
- Your timing: ready now, or planning a few months out
- Anything you are unsure about: bloodlines, health testing, shipping, the guarantee
What happens next
We reply with photos and a short video of the puppy, answer whatever you have asked, and send footage of the parents and the space the litter is raised in. If you want proof the video is current, say so and we'll put the date or your name on paper in shot. There is no deposit involved at that stage and no pressure to place one.
If you decide to go ahead, a deposit reserves the puppy and takes it off the available puppies page the same day.
Response times
Texts: usually under an hour, 8am–9pm Arizona time. Calls: answered live most of the day; if we are with the dogs, leave a message and we will call back the same day. Email: within 24 hours.
