This policy explains what information Majestic American Bullies collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this short because our data handling is genuinely simple. We are a small kennel, not an advertising business.

What We Collect
We only hold information you give us directly when you get in touch. Typically your name, phone number, email address and the general location we need in order to quote delivery. If you buy a puppy we also keep the sale record, the contract and the veterinary paperwork associated with that dog.
This website does not have accounts, a shopping cart or a payment processor. Nothing is collected from you automatically beyond standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), which our host keeps for security and troubleshooting.
Why We Collect It
- To answer your enquiry and send you photos, video or a delivery quote
- To arrange and complete a puppy sale, including transport paperwork
- To keep the lifetime records we hold on every dog we breed, so we can support you later
- To meet our legal and veterinary record-keeping obligations
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking. We do not share your details with other breeders, brokers or third-party services beyond what is strictly needed to complete a delivery you have booked. Which means giving your name, address and phone number to the flight nanny handling your puppy.
Cookies and Tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them; that request includes your IP address and is subject to Google's own privacy policy. There is no analytics, advertising, retargeting or social media tracking on this site.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Sale records and the health documentation for a dog we bred are kept for the life of the dog, so that we can help if you or your vet need that history years later.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold on you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email majesticamericanbullies@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days. The only exception is the health and pedigree record for a dog we bred, which we retain for the animal's welfare.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will also be noted here.
